Made to feed on countless Rashaar, this creature has taken on more aquatic elements than even the Aquatic Strigoi. The Cetean Upiór is capable of swimming at speeds that would make even a Karcharos sweat. Its greatest strength is its serpentine body, which it puts to use to drag the enemies of Vlad to an early, watery grave.
